If you can't reuse it, refuse it.

Since 1972, people have celebrated June 5th to encourage safer practices for Mother Earth. This year, we're spotlighting our use of recycled materials so you can take an inside look at our processes and the people who make our products what they are.

Our fabrics come first.

Over 80% of our garments come from sustainable materials including recycled polyester. By shopping with us, you're not only getting your hands on durable, soft products, but you're investing in every stage of the product life cycle, including the materials and processes we use to make them.

Our materials are just the half of it.

At Alternative, people are paramount. We work with global factories that are certified by Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP), an independent, non-profit team of global social compliance experts. We also operate in accordance with the Fair Labor Association (FLA) Workplace Code of Conduct, making it a safer work-environment for all involved.
