An avid food lover, she’s quick to share her healthy, organic and eco-friendly recipes. She has graced the covers of Yoga Journal, Yoga International, Om Yoga and Common Ground and been featured on E!, The Food Network, Shape and The New York Times. And as if that’s not enough, Kathryn co-founded Poses for Paws in her spare time, an organization dedicated to raising money for animal shelters through yoga. We recently had the pleasure of meeting up with Kathryn to find out a little bit more about the famed yoga and fitness guru.
