Today marks two weeks since The Pablove Foundation began its Pablove Across America event, a 30-day, 3,000-mile bike ride across America to benefit children with cancer. On October 9th, the cyclists set out from St. Augustine, Florida and have slowly but surely been working their way west. Yesterday the group left Louisiana and will be heading through Texas shortly.
Alternative is a proud sponsor of Pablove Across America, helping to support this very worthy cause by donating our vintage-soft hoodies, sweatpants, tees and hats to the bicyclists and traveling members of the Pablove team. Named after Pablo Castelaz, a little boy who was suddenly diagnosed with a rare form of children’s cancer known as Wilms’ Tumor and passed away this past June, the Los Angeles-based Pablove Foundation gives money to improve the lives of children with cancer, at both the national and local level.
