We had the pleasure of lounging with Tony (vocals, piano) and Mike (bass) from Crash Kings before their set at SXSW and right there we knew then that they would be on our music player just by being sweet dudes. Crash Kings played a solid set mixing rock and pop just enough to keep everyone at the show moving around. What was really cool though was the encore of covering one of the coolest songs ever, "War Pigs" by Black Sabbath. Tony did all the guitar parts and solos on his piano with a distortion pedal hooked up to it! It was pretty awesome.
Crash Kings are hitting the road on April 21st opening up for Chris Cornell and and their new album drops on May 27th. Check them out on our music player!!!
