Jenny, great question!  And the answer is, ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY!  All of our manufacturers meet local and international labor standards, which include providing a clean and healthy work environment, limiting weekly work hours, and prohibiting child labor. We also visit our factories periodically and work with a third-party social responsibility auditor who makes sure these standards are met at all times.
